LCP Group, Inc.’s affiliate cGreen is dedicated to developing sustainable practices in the building industry and reducing the environmental impact of demolition and construction projects. Working hand in hand with LCP Group, Inc., cGreen specializes in deconstruction, recycling, upcycling, and repurposing.
From clawfoot tubs, to timbers, to crushed concrete and beyond, cGreen works tirelessly to develop unique methods to re-introduce products into the building stream instead of the waste stream. Coming soon, cGreen will be offering reclaimed building materials to the retail marketplace.
Twin Tier Steel
Redevelopment is a key piece of the big picture. LCP Group, Inc. affiliate Twin Tier Steel handles fabrication and construction of new buildings. With cutting-edge technology imported from Italy, a shop optimized for efficient manufacturing, and a team of skilled welders and craftsmen, Twin Tier Steel creates high quality metal buildings with premium finishes. In contrast to the low-cost metal buildings available on the market today, Twin Tier Steel buildings are built with stronger materials and higher quality finishes, and are designed to stand the test of time.
The Farm Rink

Real Farm Foods
LCP Group, Inc.’s affiliate, Real Farm Foods, is dedicated to growing and serving real food, and providing a hands-on experience through various agritourism endeavors. There are places to stay and play on the farm, and real farm food being grown in the region where we live and work. During a visit, people can observe the animals from a comfortable distance, or dive right in and clean the stalls. Meet The Owners
Larry and Christina Pierce are Cornell University alumni who share a passion for agriculture, entrepreneurship and creating. At Cornell, Larry focused his studies on entrepreneurship and architecture, while Christina focused on agriculture resource and business management. Larry played ice hockey and Christina played hockey on horses (polo). They married shortly after finishing their studies at Cornell then moved to Italy to work and study for a bit.
In 2002, their travels led them to Binghamton when Larry played for the area’s professional hockey team. After a skating injury that kept them in the Binghamton area for a while, the couple settled in Vestal, NY and started a family and a business. For 20+ years they have been raising their 4 children, developing LCP Group, Inc. and affiliates, and transforming their property into a one of a kind place that they love to share with others.
